Wanna Try Is Free: What You Get, and How Inviting a Friend Gets You More
Saving reels, links and screenshots, collections, and the app's own reminders are free with no limit. Here is exactly what the free plan includes, what Pro adds, and how invites work.
People ask what Wanna Try costs. The short answer: the core of it is free, and stays free.
Here is the full picture, in plain words.
Free, with no limit
These never run out:
- Saving reels, posts, YouTube videos, links, screenshots and typed notes.
- Reading them: titles, summaries, places, key points, Hindi included.
- Collections: as many as you like, made by you or sorted for you automatically.
- The app's own nudges: saves coming back at the right moment, up to a few a day depending on how much you have saved.
- Planning a day for something you saved, and marking it tried.
- Discover: your saved places near you, on a map.
Free, each month
A few features cost real money to run, so the free plan includes a monthly amount:
| Feature | Free each month |
|---|---|
| Recorded voice notes | 5 |
| Ask questions | 30 |
| Reminders you set yourself | 20 |
The count starts again on the 1st of every month. Typing a note instead of recording it is always free, and so are the reminders the app sends on its own.
You can see how much you have used under Settings, Manage Subscription.
Invite a friend, both get more
Share your invite link from Settings, Invite Friends. When a friend joins with it and saves 3 things, you both get 5 extra voice notes. Extras from invites do not expire at the end of the month. You can earn them for up to 10 friends.
Your friend's saves stay private. You only see that they joined.
Pro, for people who use it every day
Pro removes the monthly limits: unlimited voice notes, Ask questions and reminders. It will cost ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year, paid once with no automatic renewal, and opens soon. Everything in the free list above stays free either way.
Why it works this way
Speech to text and AI answers cost money per use. Limiting only those, and keeping saving, reading and reminders free, means everyone gets the part that actually helps you go and try things.
New here? Start with You saved 200 reels. You went to none of them.
Save it before you forget it.
Wanna Try keeps the reels, links, bills and voice notes you want to act on, and brings them back when you can.
